In order to log in to our application, you must be registered in any of the above channels. If you are a member of existing channels and still have problems logging in, you can contact us via our report a problem form.

Creating a society that allows our users to feel safe and comfortable while using Tolky is one of our most important principles. Inappropriate, violent, or harmful behavior will NEVER be tolerated. We ask that you respect other users you match with while using Tolky and adhere to our terms of use. Please read our community rules carefully, which you can see below, and remember that if you violate these rules, your account will be suspended.

Match / Messages
If you disturb a Tolky user during matchmaking or via messages, your account will be suspended.

Sexual behavior or speech
Harassing the other user verbally or in writing to display nudity
Making sexually explicit movements
Exhibiting nudity for sexual purposes
Showing sexually explicit images

Insult / Threat / Offensive and Racist actions or words
Derogatory gestures or words regarding religion, language, ethnicity, national origin, gender and sexual orientation
Acts or words that contain threats towards other users
Offensive behavior or insults towards other users


Profile
You cannot use sexually explicit, illegal or advertising photos on your profile. Please do not share any personal information (contact information / address / bank account information) and copyrighted content on your profile. To ensure the safety of our community, accounts that do not comply with the rules will be suspended and profiles will be deleted.

Content containing nudity / sexuality
Insult / Threat / Offensive and Racist statements
Promotion of any product/service or personal social media channels

The safety of our users is one of our top priorities. We have zero tolerance for behavior that violates our rules, and if you see behavior that violates our rules, please feel free to let us know so we can take action.

Inappropriate users can be identified by clicking the “!” button on the user at the time of matching or in the history tab. You can report it to us by clicking on the shield icon.

If you would like to report inappropriate messages to us, please go to the chat room containing inappropriate messages and click on the “⋮” symbol in the upper right corner of the screen. Then, send us your report by clicking on the report option.

Your help helps us make the Tolky community a safer and more fun place.

First, please restart the app and check if the gems have been loaded to your account.

If the gems are not loaded to your account, go to your profile and tap the Settings icon. Then click Tolky > Report a Problem and send us a request with a picture of your invoice. Thus, we will be able to access all necessary information such as order number, purchase amount and order date.

Publishers are prohibited from logging into the application with more than one account. Therefore, you need to log in to the account you entered before. If you forget the login information of the account you entered before, we will help you if you write to us and inform us. Click [here] to write to management.
